Currently I am working on a large scale interchangeable painting. Each piece is in the shape of a hexagon, or in chemical terms a benzene ring, whose shape is the basis for the DNA base pairs that form our genetic material. Each hexagon is individual, yet interdependent on the whole, much as we are individual creatures yet all linked together.
